2000 Gewuztraminer - White Wine Grape

Gewuztraminer is very hard to pronounce for me...
Full bodied and exuberant, powerful and seductive, it is the best-known Alsace wine. Its deep bouquet displays rich aromas of fruit (lychee), flowers (rose petals), or spices (the prefix "Gewurz" means "spice").

Tasting notes:
Delicious sweet white for the price that's perfect for after a meal or enjoying with friends.
I absolutely love this gewurzt. It's sweet but not simple, and has excellent balance.
