上个周末(26/7, 星期六) 约了酒友到Pasir Panjang品酒吃晚餐。四个人各带了性格不同的葡萄酒,可说收获甚多:

Nose reveals little at first but quickly becomes more pronounced with air; light/medium bodied and nicely balanced but finishing abit short (<3sec)
3) Gewuztraminer - 超水准的法国白葡萄酒, 已在29/07/08里介绍了。
我们吃晚餐的餐馆也挺有水准;老板娘对红酒什有研究,老板则是五星酒店前厨师,所以不管意大利面,法国蜗牛,烤排骨,三文鱼, 什么烹饪法,都色香味俱备。店面的装修虽没有华丽的装饰,但胜在格式平民化,很有亲切感,价格也大众化。我一定会再回去的.....
